Can I order just for my family?
Yes. Everything on the menu is for home orders: tea cakes (including no-added-sugar ones), brownies, cookies and chocolates, plus custom birthday and celebration cakes. Add what you want and send it on WhatsApp, and Neha confirms the total and delivery. The Diwali hampers are for corporate and bulk orders of 10 boxes or more.
How much notice do you need?
For home orders: one day for tea cakes and cookies, and two days for chocolates and the no-added-sugar (aata-jaggery) tea cakes. For custom cakes, message us as early as you can so there's time to agree the design.
For corporate Diwali hampers: order by 31 October for delivery in Hyderabad (2–6 November), or by 20 October for anywhere else in India, so the courier has time to reach you before Diwali on 8 November. The earlier you book, the more choice you have on boxes and ceramics.
Do you deliver the same day?
Usually not, and on purpose. We don't keep cakes ready on a shelf: every order is baked fresh for you, the morning it goes out. That's why we ask for a day's notice. If you need something today, message us on WhatsApp anyway, and if there's room in the day's baking, we'll tell you.
Is everything really eggless?
Yes — every single item, with no separate "eggless version". We use curd and oil. It matters for gifting: nothing has to be set aside for vegetarian colleagues, and you don't have to label two kinds of box.
What are the no-added-sugar tea cakes?
Three tea cakes (Dry Fruit, Banana Walnut and Chocolate Dry Fruit) made with whole wheat flour instead of maida and sweetened with jaggery, with no added sugar and no preservatives. That's why they keep only a day, so we bake them the day you eat them.
How long does it keep?
Tea cakes keep four days at room temperature. The no-added-sugar (aata-jaggery) tea cakes keep one day: there are no preservatives in them, so they're baked the morning they're delivered. Cookies keep about ten days in an airtight box. Chocolates keep two weeks, cool and dry.
Where do you deliver?
Diwali hampers and corporate gifts: anywhere in India, to your offices or to individual homes. Home orders: across Hyderabad. Kondapur, Gachibowli, Madhapur, Kothaguda, Raidurg, Nanakramguda, Financial District and Jubilee Hills are on the regular round. Anywhere else in the city, ask — it usually works, occasionally with a delivery charge.
Can you invoice our company properly?
Yes. GST invoice (GSTIN 36AWUPB6734A1ZL) with HSN codes and your PO reference, our FSSAI registration (Reg. No. 23622032003040), and the usual vendor onboarding documents — PAN, cancelled cheque, registration certificates. Most corporate clients are billed monthly. For quotes and vendor paperwork, write to orders@brownhousebyneha.in.
Can you put our logo on the box?
Yes. Your company logo goes on the gift card and the box band, with a personal message from your leadership. Minimum order is 10 boxes, and you can mix hampers for different teams on one order and one invoice. Delivery to your offices anywhere in India, or to individual addresses.
What about allergies?
Our kitchen handles wheat, milk, soy and nuts, so we can't promise a trace-free bake. Tell us before ordering and we'll be straight with you about whether a given item is safe. Nut-free versions of most tea cakes are possible with notice.
